1. Cancellations and Returns
1.1. If you wish to cancel an order or return an item due to a change of mind, you may do so within 14 days of purchase, provided the item is returned in its original packaging and condition. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
1.2. To initiate a return, please use the return form provided with your order and send it back to us with the products in unused condition and all contents of the order.
1.3. For faulty items, you are entitled to a full refund, including delivery charges, or a replacement item within 28 days. Please include a note with your return detailing the reason for the return, along with your contact information and proof of purchase.
2. Delivery
2.1. Delivery charges vary depending on the product and may either be included in the price or added separately to your shopping cart. Small items are typically sent via standard post, while larger items are shipped via a courier service.
2.2. We aim to deliver all orders promptly, but delivery times may vary based on your location and product availability. If a product is unavailable, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.
3. Sales Tax
3.1. Value-added tax (VAT) is included in all prices shown on our website where applicable.
